Staticus, one of the largest facade contractors in Northern Europe, has named Aušra Vankevičiūtė as its new CEO.

With offices in Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, the UK, and now Austria, Staticus is growing its presence in the UK, with recent projects including the X1 Media City towers in Manchester, Tottenham Hale tower and Royal Mint Gardens in London.

Aušra has been with Staticus for almost ten years and has now taken up the most senior role in the company. She commented: “As I say to my clients and the team, Staticus is a small family of 600 people! I’m delighted to take this role at an exciting time for the company as we continue to grow and innovate as leaders in our field.

“Staticus specialises in unitised facades made of aluminium and glass and with our new team in Austria we now also offer complex steel and glass structures. Our markets demand continued innovation and Staticus is constantly striving to stay ahead of the curve, especially in terms of new technology and AI driven processes.

“Having worked at the company for almost ten years, the Staticus team know me well and understand my constant hunger for improvement. We thrive on doing a great job for our clients – my aim is to make Staticus the most sought-after facade contractor.

“I am very excited about this opportunity to lead Staticus and to expand and grow our business. We have an exciting future ahead of us: we will be more innovative, more flexible and we will deliver exciting projects in more countries. Providing a stable and safe environment for our people, our clients and our shareholders will be one of my priorities. Although I have taken on significant new responsibilities, I plan to continue working closely with our clients.”
